Why You’ll Love Working With Us

- $20–$24+/hour on regular maintenance cleans

- $30–$35+/hour on deep-clean services

- Opportunities to earn performance-based bonuses

- Opportunities to earn client gratuities (never expected, always appreciated)

- Weekly pay

- $1,000 new-hire success bonus after 90 days

- Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

- No weekends or holidays

- Start and finish your day from home

When you commit to a schedule, your clients and teammates are counting on you to be there. Consistency and dependability are essential to the work we do.

Experience in retail, hospitality, healthcare, caregiving, customer service, or other people-focused environments can translate very well to this position.

Requirements

- Valid driver’s license

- Reliable, insured vehicle

- Reliable cell phone

- Ability to lift 30 pounds, bend, kneel, and twist

- Must pass a background check

We serve Eldersburg, Sykesville, Westminster, Ellicott City, Finksburg, Glenwood, Mount Airy, Hampstead, Manchester, Marriottsville, Owings Mills, Reisterstown, West Friendship, Pikesville, Towson, Woodbine, and surrounding communities.
