-Consistent Pay: We offer weekly pay with opportunities to earn bonuses. We operate off a pay-by-performance pay structure that offers employees the ability to earn between $20-$24 an hour for regular maintenance cleans and upwards of $30-$35 an hour on deep clean services.

Requirements:

- You must be willing to travel to all areas of Carroll County and live within 30 minutes of our Eldersburg office.

- A driver’s license and a reliable, insured vehicle are required.
- You’ll need to be able to lift 30 pounds, bend, kneel, and twist for cleaning tasks.

- Must pass a background check.

Details About the Job:

- Residential & Commercial cleaning, Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.

- Our service areas in Carroll Copunty include Eldersburg/Sykesville, Ellicott City, Finksburg, Glenwood, Mount Airy, Hampstead, Manchester, Marriottsville, Owings Mills, Reisterstown, West Friendship, Pikesville, Westminster, Woodbine and everywhere in between.

- You’ll start and end your day from home—no need to come to the office daily, just once a week to restock supplies (or as needed).
